Booking Policy & Cancellation Policy (direct through this website)
The following policy applies to direct bookings made through this website, by email, or by phone.
Down Payment
A down payment of 20% of the total price is required. Guests must transfer this amount to our bank account to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance of 80% must be received in our account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount must be transferred via bank within 7 days of the booking date.
Cancellation policy
The following policy applies to direct bookings made after April 8, 2020, through our online booking application or via email.
Change of booking dates
Guests may change their dates free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations are also free of charge if made at least 21 days before arrival. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show or early departure before the agreed date, 100% of the total booking amount is due. Reservations are only valid until 19:00 on the day of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days, minus any bank transfer costs.
**Special Corona Cancellation Policy**
For all bookings affected by travel restrictions issued by authorities 21 days before the arrival date (preventing travel to Aegina island), or due to lockdowns, border closures, or flight cancellations in the client's country of origin, the following two alternatives are offered:
1. **Date Change:** Guests may reschedule their vacation to any other date within the same season. No additional change fees apply; guests only pay any difference in accommodation fees, subject to availability.
2. **Credit Note:** Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a credit note to be used for a future season, subject to availability.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under this specific policy.
